RETURN/CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY


At Hatton Designs of London we believe in total customer satisfaction, as without you our customers we would have no business.

RETURNS

We hope you like what you order, but if by chance you change your mind or simply do not like what you have ordered, do not worry as you have 15 days to notify us of intention of return and to get the goods back to us. Goods must be unused of course in their original presentation box, original documentation, where we can then replace the item with an alternative of your choice or give you a refund.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The next day after the date of receipt of goods counts as the first day. Please note we will not accept any product returned to us that has had the original label removed, or any goods return after this 15 day period, there are no exceptions.

Until we receive the goods back, even during return transit they are your responsibility. We advise you use Royal Mail. Please note that you must send the goods with appropriate insurance, this is your, the customer's responsibility.

Special order items, custom made pieces, made at the customer’s desire are not returnable or exchangeable as it is unlikely that we could sell them to another customer at full selling price.
Goods should be inspected upon delivery.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of returns. The cost of the delivery incurred by ourselves to send the goods to you will be deducted this will be between £10-£40 depending on the particular item as each products packaging and postage cost to us is different, as will any gift wrapping provided at the customer’s request. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, we recommend appropriate packaging used and insurance taken, as it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the goods are returned to us safely. Any exchanges due to a customer changing their mind or requiring a different product, i.e. different size will also incur an additional delivery charge between £10-£40 depending on the item.

If the incorrect goods are sent to you due to an error on our part, or the goods carry a manufacturing fault at time of delivery then we will offer you a full refund including the cost of the return postage.

Any faulty goods or incorrect orders should be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of goods by yourself. If we do not hear from you within this period it will be deemed that the goods are satisfactory and fit for their purpose.

Please inspect your goods promptly as any claims or returns after this point will not be entertained.

We will not accept returned items that appear to have been damaged due to customer negligence.

When returning goods to Hatton Designs of London please e-mail Customercare@hattondesigns.co.uk with your full name and address, tracking number of the parcel, date of shipment and a full description of what is being returned, please make sure you keep the tracking number, so the item can be traced if required.

CANCELLATIONS

If you have submitted an order by telephone or fax, please contact a sales associate to determine whether your order can be changed or cancelled. You may not cancel your order if any goods are made to your specifications or where the price is subject to fluctuation on the financial market.
Items special ordered, altered, cut, or manufactured to your specifications, including Design and Set orders, cannot be cancelled or accepted for credit or exchange. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.



CHANGES

Once you have confirmed your order online, you cannot amend to that order. If wish to make a change to an item, please contact us ASAP by phone at

If you wish to add a further item to the order, you can reorder via the website or phone, please note that delay may cause the orders to be processed separately and incur double postal charges.
